Managing Director
Ashley Duby is the Executive Director and owner of Midwest Premier Business Solutions, LLC (MPBS), a firm dedicated to managing organizational operations so leaders and their teams can focus on advancing their vision and driving growth. Encouraged by a trusted mentor to pursue her entrepreneurial potential, Ashley founded MPBS to provide strategic, high-level support to nonprofit and professional organizations.
With more than 18 years of experience as a project manager, Ashley brings a strong track record of overseeing large research portfolios, nonprofit organizations, educational workshops, and major events. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership for Business Administrators and is known for her ability to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and deliver results.
Lori Sharkey
Senior Manager
Lori Sharkey is a Senior Manager with a background in medical transcription and nonprofit society management. She specializes in membership and grant management, supporting member engagement, database oversight, and the coordination and administration of grant activities. Lori also plays a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of MPBS, ensuring efficient workflows and consistent organizational support. Her attention to detail and strong organizational skills contribute to accurate record-keeping, timely communications, and effective program execution.
Tammy Gay
Financial Operations Manager
Tammy Gay brings more than 30 years of experience in financial management and budgeting. She oversees financial operations, including budget development, reporting, and accounts management, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Tammy’s financial expertise and disciplined approach are essential to ensuring the organization’s fiscal strength and accountability.

Spanish Transcriptionist
Stefanny Wright-Palm serves as Spanish Transcriptionist, providing accurate and culturally nuanced transcription services to support multilingual communication. With a strong command of both Spanish and English, she ensures clarity, precision, and consistency across translated and transcribed materials.
